If you priced ClickUp recently and a colleague got a different number, you may both be right. On October 25, 2026 ClickUp's pricing page contained two plan tables in the same document, labelled in its own markup as the control and the variant of a 2026 pricing test. Which one a visitor sees can differ. Here is what each line-up costs a 10-person team, with AI counted, from each vendor's own pricing page that day. Prices change; check the pages, and your checkout, before you decide.
1. Line-Up One: Unlimited, Business and an AI Add-On
The control table lists Free Forever, Unlimited at $7 per user a month billed yearly or $10 monthly, Business at $12 yearly or $19 monthly, and Enterprise on a quote. AI is sold separately: Brain AI at $9 per user a month and Everything AI at $28. For ten people on Unlimited billed yearly, that is $70 a month before AI, $160 a month if everyone has Brain AI, and $350 a month if everyone has Everything AI. ClickUp also says an upgrade covers the whole Workspace, every member included.
2. Line-Up Two: Core, Business and Max With Pooled Credits
The variant table lists Free, Core at $9 per user a month billed yearly, Business at $17, Enterprise on a quote and Max at $100. Here AI is part of the plan: Core includes 1,000 AI credits per user a month, Business 1,500, Enterprise 3,000 and Max 10,000, all pooled across the Workspace, and extra credits are $10 per 10,000. Ten people on Core billed yearly is $90 a month with 10,000 pooled credits. On Business it is $170.
3. The Same Team on Asana and monday.com
Asana's Starter is $10.99 per user a month billed annually, or $13.49 monthly, so $109.90 a month for ten on annual billing. It includes AI Teammates, with 5 AI requests per user a month up to 50 per account, and on-demand requests at $0.60 each. monday.com's own 10-seat example puts Basic at $9 a seat, or $90 a month billed annually, with 1,000 AI credits a month included. Note what is not on each entry plan: native time tracking is on Asana's Advanced and monday.com's Pro, while ClickUp includes it from Unlimited or Core.
4. The Same Team on Kavanah
Kavanah prices AI as credits and has no AI add-on tier. Basic is $3 a seat a month, so $30 for ten, with 100 credits per seat a month pooled for the workspace: 1,000 credits. Pay as you go drops the seat fee entirely, and you buy credits in packs from $10 per 1,000. A credit is roughly one cent, and a typical agent reply costs about 70 credits on the default model, so a team that leans on its agents should estimate its usage and add packs to the seat price. A free Starter plan covers up to 5 members, 10 projects, 2 GB and 100 credits a month.
5. Do Not Compare Credit Counts Across Vendors
A ClickUp credit, a monday.com credit, an Asana request and a Kavanah credit are different units, and ClickUp's own comparison page warns that these allowances measure different things. Compare the bill for the work you will actually do: run a two-week pilot, look at what the AI consumed, and multiply out a year at the team size you expect.
The headline seat price is the start of the bill, not the end. For the full dated comparison of Kavanah, ClickUp, Asana and monday.com, including free plans, time tracking and security, see our ClickUp alternative page.
