Manage the workspace itself — members, guests, invitations, seats, and workspace-level recording / privacy policy. All endpoints require an authenticated session; mutating endpoints additionally require the caller to be an admin or owner.

A skill is either a key from the fixed, categorized vocabulary (~40 skills across Engineering, Design & Creative, Content & Marketing, Data & Research, Product & Delivery, Business & Operations) or a custom free-text entry (2–40 chars). Declared proficiency raises a strength floor; the reinforcement loop can only push it higher.
/api/people/profile/api/people/profile/api/people/team-context/api/people/team-context/api/profile/experience/api/profile/experienceExperience profiles (LinkedIn, a free-text background blurb, and resume text — not a file) enrich skill-based assignee routing. Writes are partial: an omitted field keeps its stored value, an empty string clears it. Unless deriveSkills: false is passed, changing the resume or experience text re-derives declared skills onto the canonical vocabulary and merges them additively, so an AI pass can never wipe hand-declared skills.
/api/people/* is permission-gated (it edits other members). /api/profile/experience is the self-service twin and needs no people-management permission — the member is resolved server-side from the session, so a caller can only ever read or write their own row. Team context is readable by any member and writable by admins.
/api/requests/api/requests/count/api/requests/pages/api/requests/pages/api/requests/pages/{id}/fields/api/r/{token}/submit/api/r/verify/api/r/{token}/submit is the public submission endpoint — anonymous, optionally email-verified — for a published intake page. Authenticated routes for triage and conversion live under /api/requests.
