Integrations
Connect the tools your team already uses from Settings → Integrations. Each provider is a card: type its name into Search integrations…, click Connect(or paste an API key), and the AI agent gains that provider's tools. A provider you have not connected is withheld from the agent entirely.
Source control
- GitHub — install the GitHub App or sign in with GitHub, then pick repositories on the Dev page. Repositories, pull requests and commits sync and link to tasks; GitHub Issues can sync both ways per repository. See Dev Integration.
- GitLab — a repository can be added to the Dev page by name, but it does not sync.
There is no Vercel, Sentry or Datadog integration. The deploy, incident and alert sections of the Dev page show demo data only.
Communication
- Telegram— DM a bot to talk to the Kavanah agent as yourself: create and update tasks, check what’s due, get a project summary. One bot per workspace (a BotFather token), one link per member;
/reset starts a fresh thread. - Slack— the agent can list channels, read a channel's history, post messages, create channels and invite people. An AI Slack manager (set up under Settings → AI Agent) lets an AI employee answer people in Slack. Slack is not a notification channel for Kavanah alerts.
- Google Chat — the agent can list spaces, read messages and send a message.
Email & calendar
The Inbox has four tabs — Gmail, ProtonMail, Outlook, and iCloud — and the calendar merges five sources (Kavanah tasks, Google, AngelSend, Microsoft 365, and iCloud). Connect whichever you use; the AI agent can read and send through any of them.
- Gmail — connect natively with Google, or through the AngelSend bridge. The inbox resolves whichever you have, so the Gmail tab works either way.
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook — mail, calendar, and contacts over the Microsoft Graph API. Works with both work/school and personal Microsoft accounts.
- iCloud — Apple Mail, Calendar, and Contacts using your Apple ID plus an app-specific password (Apple requires 2FA and publishes no REST API, so this rides IMAP/SMTP and CalDAV/CardDAV). iCloud Drive and Notes have no API and are out of scope.
- ProtonMail — read and send via the ProtonMail Bridge (IMAP/SMTP). Bridge-only, so this integration runs from the desktop/self-hosted server, not the cloud.
- AngelSend — gateway for email and calendar; events are pulled into the Kavanah calendar on a rolling 30-day-back / 180-day-forward window.
Google Workspace
Each Google surface is a separate connector with its own scopes, so you grant only what you want. Beyond Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, the agent can reach Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Tasks, Meet, Chat, Drive Activity, and the Admin Directory (read-only by design — no write scope is ever requested).
Project management
- Jira — projects and issues, including moving an issue through its workflow transitions. Connect with your site URL, email, and an API token.
- Asana, ClickUp and Monday.com — read and write tasks from the agent. Asana, Monday.com and Trello projects can also be imported into Kavanah in one go.
- Notion — search, read, and write pages and databases, and import a Notion database as Kavanah tasks. Connect with OAuth or an internal integration token.
Finance
- ClearBooks — bookkeeping, invoicing, vendors, customers, bills, journals, ACH payments, bank accounts, GL codes, cap table summary, metrics history, and forecasts. Connected with a
cb_ API key per user; scopes detected at connect time. The AI agent gets full coverage of the ClearBooks API, gated behind the dedicated Financepersona scope — and anything that moves money is governed by the agent's finance action policy, so it parks for your approval unless you have explicitly allowed it.
Documents & e-signature
- XDocs — write an agreement, send it for signature, publish a tracked link to a document or a data room, and see who actually read it, section by section. Connected with an
xdk_ API key per user; the scopes you tick when you create the key are exactly what Kavanah may do, and a key scoped narrowly is treated as a working connection rather than a broken one. Attach a document or an envelope to a deal and every signature and every read lands on that deal’s timeline — including reads by people you never emailed, which is what a forwarded deck produces. A read first appears as “opened”, because XDocs reports it before anything has been read; its reading time fills in on the visitor’s next download or confirmation, or when you ask the agent what a deal’s counterparties have read. XDocs will not send an agreement that still holds a placeholder such as [COMPANY NAME], so the agent asks you for missing details instead of leaving gaps. The agent can also freeze or archive a data room, organise documents into folders, and ask people for files. If signatures or reads stop arriving in real time, press Test connection on the XDocs card: it switches live updates back on when XDocs has turned them off. - DocSend — inbound only, because DocSend publishes no API: Kavanah records the view events that reach it, from DocSend’s own notification emails and/or a webhook you point at it. An empty view list therefore means “no events reached us”, never “nobody opened it”.
Outbound & ops
- Scrappy — leads, campaigns, accounts, and jobs kept in sync both directions, with webhooks.
- CloudCode — runnable automation steps that the agent can call as tools.
Video & media
- QuickTube — YouTube transcripts and AI analysis. The agent can pull a transcript, summarise a video, find its best moments, detect who is speaking, answer questions about it, build a quiz from it, and search YouTube metadata, comments, channels, and trending videos — plus text-to-speech and video/highlight downloads. Connected with a
qt_ API key per user from Settings → Integrations; generate the key in QuickTube under Settings → API Keys. Search, metadata, comments and channel lookups cost nothing and transcripts cost 1 credit, so the agent treats those as reads. The AI and rendering calls (summary, key moments, characters, chat, quiz, speech, downloads, batch) spend 5–10 credits each, so they are governed by the agent's external_write action policy and park for your approval unless you have explicitly allowed them.
Connect any integration from Settings → Integrations. Tokens and credentials are stored encrypted per-workspace and you can revoke access at any time.
