Request Intake Pages

Share a public link that lets anyone send you a request through a clean form. Submissions land in your Requests inbox — grouped with Messages and Email Inbox under the Inbox popout in the sidebar — ready to triage or convert into tasks.

Creating a link

1Open Requests and click New link.
2Give the page a title and description, and choose whether submissions come to you personally or to a shared workspace queue.
3Pick who can submit: Anyone, Anyone (verify email), or Invited clients only.
4Share the generated link — it opens a branded form with your workspace name; no Kavanah account required for public pages.

Custom fields

Every form asks for name, email, subject and message, and accepts file attachments. Click Fields on a link to add up to 12 of your own (short or long text, email, URL, dropdown, checkbox), each optionally shown only when an earlier answer matches. The answers come through on each submission. To turn a submission into work, open it, pick a project and click Convert to task.

Click Active on a link to switch it to Disabled: the public page then says the link is unavailable, and existing submissions stay in your inbox.
