A workspace wiki that the AI agent can actually read. Documents, decisions, a glossary, retros, and onboarding guides all live in one searchable index — and asking a question searches every one of them at once, with citations.

What lives in it

Open Sidebar → Workspace → Knowledge. It has five tabs: Library, Decisions, Retros, Onboarding and Glossary.

Documents — nestable pages with [[wiki-style]] links, backlinks, comments, and templates. Any document can be published to a public link.
Decisions — lightweight ADRs. The AI Decision Detector scans documents, meeting transcripts, and conversations for decision-shaped statements and files them as suggestions — on demand from the Decisions tab, any time. An admin can also have recently edited documents scanned every few hours (Settings → AI Agent → Agent Oversight → Scan recently edited documents for decisions, off by default because each changed document is an AI call billed to the workspace owner). When suggestions are waiting, you're nudged to review them; a human accepts or dismisses each one, and nothing enters the log without review.
Glossary, retros, and onboarding— the institutional memory that usually lives in someone's head.

Ask, don't browse

The fastest way in is to ask a question rather than hunt for a page — in Ask the workspace on the Library tab, or in the AI agent chat. The agent retrieves across every surface above — plus its own memories — and answers with the sources it used, so you can check its work. If nothing relevant exists, it says so rather than inventing an answer.

Keeping it honest

Stale detection — documents that have drifted past their review horizon get flagged so they can be refreshed or retired. A wiki nobody prunes is a wiki nobody trusts.
Living README — an auto-maintained orientation page summarising what the workspace is currently working on.
Save a conversation — a useful exchange with the AI agent can be condensed into a single structured document in one step, rather than copy-pasted.
Import from Drive and Notion — pull existing docs in; re-importing the same file updates the document in place instead of duplicating it.

Retrieval quality follows from organisation. The library can propose its own sections and re-file documents under them — run it as a dry run first, then apply.
